Supervisor of the Sales Office

The main tasks of the Sales Office Supervisor will include, among others: direct customer service in the Coral Travel showroom and the development of a subordinate own showroom.
Additionally:
Implementation of individual and team sales plans
Monitoring the work of the office and the sales parameters achieved by the team
Taking actions to increase office turnover
Coordination of administrative matters of the subordinate salon
Planning and organizing team work based on data analysis from available reports
Participation in the recruitment process of employees for the subordinate team
We appreciate:
Experience in tourism and sales team management
Communication skills and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of the English language at the level of free oral and written communication
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
A completed major in Tourism and Recreation and/or Marketing and Management is welcome
