“One Drop for the Record!” at VIVO!

On November 15, we’re joining forces to set a Polish Record for the number of people tested for glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c)!
This isn’t just a special event — it’s an important step toward raising awareness about health prevention.

What is metabolic syndrome?

It’s not a single disease, but a group of coexisting conditions such as obesity, high blood pressure, and abnormal glucose and cholesterol levels. Together, they significantly increase the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart attack, and stroke.

It already affects nearly 40% of adult Poles and often develops silently over many years — that’s why early detection and prevention are so important.

That’s exactly why we’re taking action! During the event, you can:

 - Get a free HbA1c test from just one drop of blood – no fasting required!
 - Consult with dietitians, pharmacists, and experts from the Medical University, who will help interpret your results and advise on how to care for your metabolic health.
 - Receive educational materials to help you introduce healthy habits into your daily routine.
