Rowing for WOŚP at VIVO! – Together We’re Chasing a Polish Record

On Saturday, January 17, VIVO! invites you to take part in the nationwide campaign Rowing for WOŚP. This will be the 16th edition of the event, which combines sport, community spirit, and real support for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP).

The goal is to break the Polish record for the number of people who complete a 500-metre distance on a rowing ergometer in a single day. Every participant adds their own contribution to the shared result.

What’s the challenge?

  •  - Each participant sits on a rowing ergometer and rows 500 metres

  •  - We have 8 hours (10:00 AM–6:00 PM) to gather as many participants as possible and beat the Polish record!

  •  - Time and athletic experience don’t matter — what counts most is showing up and joining the collective effort.

Sport, community, and WOŚP

Rowing for WOŚP is not only a sports challenge but also an event filled with positive energy and a strong sense of local community. Throughout the day, donations will be collected for WOŚP, and participants will experience the atmosphere of a true sports team.

In previous editions, thousands of people across Poland took part in the event. Last year, Bydgoszcz achieved the best result — will Lublin make history this time?

Everyone is welcome — regardless of age or fitness level. Every 500 metres counts and brings us closer to the record.
