Personal Information in the form of an image, and vehicle registration plates recorded in VIVO! Krosno’s CCTV surveillance system (Personal Information) shall be controlled by Vivo! Poland Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Prosta 2 (Data Controller).
Personal Information shall be processed for the purposes of ensuring safety and security of the property and visitors at VIVO! Krosno and recording any incidents which might be in breach of the law – Article 6.1.d and 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Retention of Personal Information: until the recording is overwritten in the system (not more than 30 days of the recording date). Whenever an incident with might be in breach of the law is recorded, Personal Information may be retained for a longer period, until the final disposal of the proceedings or until expiry of the claim limitation period.
Areas at VIVO! Krosno covered by the Data Controller's CCTV: corridors/public lobbies, entrance doors and gateways to the building, site surroundings (indoor and outdoor car park, delivery zone, internal access roads).
Personal Information shall be shared, to the extent necessary, with:
- Solid Security sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, entry in the National Court Register no. KRS 98627: provider of security services at VIVO! Krosno;
- CBRE sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, entry in the National Court Register no. KRS 20238: VIVO! Krosno’s property managers;
- IMMOFINANZ Services Poland sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, entry in the National Court Register no. KRS: 289401: providing operating, legal, and accounting support for the Data Controller;
- contractors installing and maintaining CCTV infrastructure components.
You have the right to request the Data Controller to grant you access to your Personal Information, and the right to have them deleted, or their processing restricted, or to transfer your Personal Information, and the right to object to their processing.

Should you find the Data Controller infringing your personal information protection rights, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
