Union Insurance Company was established in 1992 and has a stable position on the Slovak market. It offers a wide range of non-life, life and individual health insurance products for both individual and corporate clients. 
Since 1997, it has been the subsidiary of the largest Dutch insurance group Achmea B.V. This enables the Union Insurance Company to draw on the extensive experience and know-how of all types of insurance from several European countries.
In cooperation with the sister company Union zdravotná poisťovňa, Union poisťovňa offers a comprehensive solution in the field of health care on the market. We are the five-time holder of the prestigious Zlatá minca award for innovative approach and above-standard services to policyholders.
