New Parking Rules at VIVO! Stalowa Wola – Customer Guide
In response to the needs of our customers, starting April 7, 2026, VIVO! Stalowa Wola is introducing a modern parking system based on meter technology and compatible with mobile devices. The system aims to provide access to a constant number of parking spaces and facilitate quick and easy shopping.
We invite you to familiarize yourself with our parking system guide, which we have prepared below.
The Parking System allows for easy and free parking of passenger cars within 180 minutes from the moment the vehicle is registered in the system. Simply register your vehicle at one of the six parking meters located throughout the Shopping Center – without the need to place a printout behind the car window. You can download a free ticket every 6 hours.
WITH THE APCOA FLOW APP – EVEN MORE CONVENIENT!
You can activate or extend your parking time using the APCOA FLOW app for Android and iOS.

PARKING RULES | PRICE LIST AND ADDITIONAL FEES
Customers using the VIVO! Stalowa Wola parking lot are required to register their vehicle (immediately after parking) at one of the six parking meters located throughout the lot.
Using the VIVO! Stalowa Wola Shopping Center parking lot is free for the first 180 minutes. Subsequent parking hours are subject to a fee according to the applicable price list.
Parking is charged 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
PARKING PRICE LIST
• 180 minutes free of charge after collecting a ticket from the parking meter (the ticket does not need to be displayed behind the vehicle's windshield). Free parking is possible again every 6 hours. • First hour after the free period - PLN 4.00
• Second and each subsequent hour after the free period - PLN 4.00.
• Daily fee (24 hours) - PLN 50.00
• Monthly fee (30 days) - PLN 300
• Monthly fee for (contact: VIVO! Stalowa Wola)
ADDITIONAL FEES
• The additional fee (notice) for violating the Parking Regulations is PLN 150.00, payable within 14 days from the date the additional fee is issued.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE?
Register your vehicle by entering your vehicle's registration number in the parking meter or activating your parking space in the APCOA FLOW app. After registering your vehicle at one of the terminals, you can collect a ticket confirming your registration and keep it with you.

You can purchase your subscription using the APCOA FLOW app for Android and iOS.

Download the APCOA FLOW app from the PLAY Store or APP STORE.
1. Register – create a new user account.
2. Find the parking lot you're interested in and click "BUY SUBSCRIPTION."
3. Select the date from which the subscription will start. If you want the subscription to renew monthly, select the appropriate slider and click NEXT.
4. If you have a discount code, click the "Click to add discount" field and enter the discount code you received. The amount due should change to a lower amount. Then click NEXT.
5. Click CONFIRM AND PAY and enjoy your purchased Subscription at the VIVO! Stalowa Wola parking lot.
