The organizer and organizer of the event is SBF Development s.r.o., with headquarters in Prague 1, Vladislavova 1390/17, ZIP code 110 00, ID number: 62417720, VAT number: CZ62417720, a company registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 32349.
The event runs from 20/10 – 3/11/2022 ("duration of the event") in the VIVO shopping center! Hostivař, Švehlova 1391/32, 102 00 Prague 10 (hereinafter referred to as "VIVO!") or until the planned number is distributed.
• When the customer presents a receipt (receipts can be added up to a maximum of 1) with a value exceeding CZK 600 from VIVO brick-and-mortar stores! The host (does not apply to purchases at the Albert hypermarket) is entitled to pick up 1 gift.
• Receipts obtained during the duration of the event are valid for the event.
• Persons who are in a working or similar relationship with the organizer or organizer of the game, or persons close to these persons (art. § 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended) or persons directly or indirectly collaborating on the event and all employees of tenants OC VIVO! The host and all cooperating agencies (e.g. M2C). In the event that the winner is a person who is an employee of the listed companies or a person close to them, the prize will not be handed over.
The organizer bears no responsibility for any risks or liabilities related to this event. The claim to the gift cannot be paid alternatively in cash.
Legal enforcement is excluded pursuant to Section 2874 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended. If the customer does not pick up the gift within the deadline set by the organizer and/or organizer, the opportunity to receive the "gift" expires.
The organizer of the event has the right to decide on all issues related to the event at his own discretion, his decision is final and binding. The event organizer reserves the right to limit, postpone, interrupt, change or cancel the event at any time.
Other relationships not expressly regulated by these rules are governed by the applicable law of the Czech Republic.
