In our country, everything revolves around a real, balanced coffee, from the moment it is harvested until it is ground. We buy green coffee beans from Africa, Central America, South America and who knows where else we will end up, fry it, grind it and serve it. Because we own our cake, we have even more control over the finished quality of the coffee bean. Moreover, it gives us the chance to educate every barista who works for us about the whole process that actually leads to real coffee.
