The captured images are not recorded. The surveillance system is used exclusively live and does not involve archiving or storing data.

Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Operator, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2018.

Recipients: The personal data may be disclosed, as appropriate, to the following recipients: the Operator’s contractual partners (e.g., video surveillance maintenance service providers), and the police.
