Personal data will be stored for a period of 30 (thirty) days for each recording.

Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Operator, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2018 (“GDPR”).

Recipients: The recorded personal data may be disclosed, as appropriate, to the following recipients: the data subject, the Operator’s contractual partners (e.g., video surveillance maintenance service providers), central/local public authorities, and insurance/reinsurance companies. In case of litigation, data may also be disclosed to the police, prosecutors, lawyers, and courts of law.

Rights of the data subjects: Under the GDPR, as a data subject, you have the following rights: right to information, right of access to data, right to rectification, right to erasure of data, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, and the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts.
