From now on, you no longer have to leave your best friend at home when you come shopping. VIVO! is officially opening its doors to pets.

To make your visit as enjoyable and safe as possible for everyone, we have prepared a simple set of rules that we kindly ask you to follow:

▪️ Access areas: Pets are welcome in all common areas of the shopping center. The food court areas and children’s playgrounds are exceptions, where pets are not allowed.

▪️ Inside stores: Each partner store has its own policy regarding pet access. Please check the stickers at the entrance of each store to see whether pets are welcome or restricted.

▪️ Safety and control: During your visit, pets must always be kept on a leash, carried in your arms, or placed in a suitable pet carrier. Access is not permitted for dangerous or aggressive dogs.

▪️ Hygiene: Please keep your pet under constant supervision and make sure you clean up after them.
