Gift cards for companies
Gift cards for companies are a great way to reward your employees or business partners. These cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be recharged. It can be used for shopping at VIVO! and you can buy the card by invoice.

Basic info about the gift card:
- The gift card can be purchased in person at the information booth in the center or via mail to pay it to invoice.
- The gift card can be used in most VIVO! Bratisôava stores that accept gift cards - whole list can be find HERE.
- You can buy the gift cards in any value from 20 EUR to 250 EUR.
- The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The gift card can be used repeatedly until the credit amount is used up.
- The gift card cannot be extended.
- After the gift card expires, you will not be able to use the remaining balance. You are not entitled to return (refund) the balance on the Gift Card.
- More gift cards cannot be combined to one gift card.
- The gift card is not contactless, payment takes place via a magnetic strip.
- The value of the gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
- In case of loss, theft or impairment of the gift card, it is possible to request the transfer of the current financial balance to a new Gift card in the shopping center after presenting a receipt or other proof of purchase with the card's TOKEN number. A balance of €5 will be deducted for issuing a replacement gift card.
- If the Gift Card is magnetized, the issuance of a new Gift Card is free of charge.
- In case of loss or theft, the Gift Card can be blocked in the shopping center. You just need to know the TOKEN of the card.

Validity of the card
Validity of the card is 12 months from date of buying.
The amount is not possible to give back.
Amount on the card
You can check the balance of card on the website or by scanning the QR code on the back of the gift card. You can get an information about money balance at infodesk from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM close to the main rotunda in VIVO! Bratislava.
