The VIVO reconstruction! Bratislava

The VIVO! Bratislava shopping center is entering a new era. In early January 2026, it will begin an extensive reconstruction that will primarily reflect the needs of people. At the same time, it will also take into account the planned development of the surrounding area near Lake Kuchajda. The aim of the reconstruction is to create a practical local shopping center where visitors can take care of everything they need.

The reconstruction is scheduled to begin in January 2026. It will primarily involve the ground-floor areas around the stores Reserved, Mohito, ORION, Tchibo, Starý Otec, Fokus, and Mánia. Other parts of the center will remain open and fully accessible to visitors. As part of the modernization, improvements to the food court, an expanded range of dining options, and the opening of a new fitness center are planned. The reconstruction will also include a return to the original layout, which in the past allowed for easier navigation for customers. New wayfinding elements will also be added. Retail units will be arranged more clearly throughout the center, also with regard to more efficient use of space. All changes are designed to provide visitors with a practical and attractive environment. They will affect not only the appearance but also the functionality of the premises to ensure an even better visitor experience.
