The Taksim menu is fresh and natural and differs in attention to the ingredients used. It surprises through the complex recipes, but also by the diversity of ingredients used: spices, dried vegetables, special sauces and a variety of seeds, nuts and nuts, ingredients imported periodically, directly, from the Turkish capital.
