About Polus


The first shopping and entertainment center in Slovakia. Awarded the ICSC Maxi Award in 2001, Maxi Award Finalist in 2003, Finalist of the ICSC Solal Marketing Award in 2009, 2010, 2011 and Solal Silver Award winner 2012.


VIVO! Bratislava was the first shopping center in Slovakia opened in November 2000.

In 2006, it was sold for more than EUR 200 mil. by its parent company TriGranit Corporation Polus City Center to the Austrian company Immofinanz Immobilien Anlagen AG.

VIVO! Bratislava is located in the strategically convenient urban district of Nové Mesto, only 3 km away from the historic center with excellent transport links. The center is accessible by international rail and bus transport. The attractive surroundings offer a wide range of leisure activities - Lake Kuchayda, Pasienka swimming pool, a football stadium, tennis courts.
