Choose the type of shipment that suits you best

At the Czech Post branch, you can pick up and send letter and parcel shipments around the Czech Republic and to all corners of the world. In addition to ordinary writing, you can also send a registered letter, the receipt of which must be confirmed by the addressee's signature. Another item in the wide offer of the Czech Post is valuable writing suitable for sending valuables, jewelry, checks or even valuable documents. We also think of blind customers for whom we have special shipments.

We deliver and issue several types of packages, either directly into the hands of the recipient, such as the Parcel to Hand, and for collection directly at our branches and depots, such as the Parcel to Post. A special type of shipment is Balík Do Balíkovny, which is ideal for economical transport of goods purchased in e-shops.

You do not need a passport to pick up the shipment

You do not need to prove your identity card to collect most packages, you just need to pass a unique code at the counter, which will come to you in the form of an SMS or e-mail. Another type of parcel shipments are EMS (Express Mail Service) and Expres Package, which you will use if you need to deliver the package as quickly as possible. At the post office, you can also buy the Komplet Package - a prepaid service that combines practical packaging, insurance and package delivery anywhere in the Czech Republic. You also have an ordinary, recommended and valuable package.

We will help you with financial services

At the post office, you can also handle financial services, withdrawal or payment via postal orders. At the branch, you can set up and manage SIPO - a payment tool that combines regular payments into a single payment. You can easily set up insurance, supplementary pension savings or building savings with our partners of Poštovní spořitelna or ČSOB.
 
You can also buy small stationery or postage stamps at branches. You simply top up your mobile phone credit or buy a highway coupon. Selected branches of the Czech Post also offer e-government services, where you can easily verify documents or obtain extracts from registers. We accept credit card payments at all post offices.
